Arthur J. Gallagher has acquired Tyler Insurance Agency, an El Centro, California-based insurance agency for an undisclosed amount.

Founded in 1921 by Harold Tyler, Tyler Insurance Agency provides a full range of property/casualty insurance and risk management services to businesses and families across southern and central California, with a focus on serving agribusinesses, public entities, electric utilities, schools and construction firms.
Allen Tyler, David Tyler and their associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Scott Firestone, head of Gallagher’s Southwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
