Zurich's UK Life business announced that Alistair Wilson has been appointed to the newly created position of Head of Retail Platform Strategy, reporting to David White, Head of Retail.
Alistair, who formerly headed up Zurich’s Platform Business Development Team, has over 30 years financial services experience and has been part of the platform market for over 15 years – having been involved in one of the first platform launches in the UK.
Alistair will be responsible for delivering on our platform commitments and communicating all of our new platform deliveries and changes externally – to all interested parties. He is also responsible for ensuring that our customer and intermediary outcomes continue to be at the forefront of future developments, as Zurich looks to build on its successful first year of platform trading.
David White, Head of Retail said:
