Zenith National Insurance has announced appointed of Janet Frank as president and chief operating officer for its principal operating subsidiary Zenith Insurance Company. She will also be an executive vice president of Zenith National.
Ms Frank has insurance industry managerial experience, including as president and chief executive officer of the California State Compensation Insurance Fund (CSCIF). Prior to joining CSCIF, she was an executive vice president of North American Field Operations for CNA Financial.
Jack Miller, currently the president and chief operating officer of Zenith Insurance Company, will become its vice chairman and will be responsible for strategic matters including expanding the company’s agricultural business to offer lines of insurance other than workers’ compensation.
