London-based business process and technology service provider Xchanging is planning to establish new delivery centers at two different locations in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

To be opened in the Philippines and China, the centers will address the global demand for BPO, ITO & Procurement services in the insurance, real-estate, as well as BFS and other verticals.

The company is also looking to improve its offerings in the region by providing cloud computing services, such as Telco & 4G services, Infrastructure management and BSS/OSS services, in collaboration with YTL Communications.

Xchanging Relations head Julie Lynch said APAC represents a key market for the company as it continues to expand business across the globe.

”The new locations and services build on an already broad range of services we provide for customers across the region,” Lynch added.

The company already operates 18 offices across APAC, including in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, India, China and Japan, to serve over 250 customers, and also has clients in Thailand and Indonesia.

Besides managing more than 60,000 claims annually in Australia, the company also provides interface for all Lloyd’s China insurance transactions.
