Willis Group Holdings, an insurance broker, has adopted the Applied Systems’ Epic agency management solution as its primary technology platform in North America. The is expected to help the company manage client transactions and servicing.
Willis expanded its North American footprint when it acquired broker Hilb Rogal & Hobbs (HRH). As part of its integration efforts, the North American business (now known as Willis HRH) will unite all offices on the Epic platform to replace various legacy systems.
Epic architecture intends to support insurance organisations. The system is built to deliver necessary functionality, sustain unlimited system users and facilitate integration with other technologies, claims the company.
Applied Systems develops, sells and supports insurance agency and broker management systems and offers services for policy, claims management, and all related agent and broker functions.
