Insurance company Willis Group Holdings has reported net income of $95 million, or $0.66 per diluted share for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2007, compared to $148 million, or $0.94 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2006.

Total revenues were $639 million, an increase of 3% for the fourth quarter of 2007, compared to $621 million for the fourth quarter of 2006.

For the full-year period ended December 31, 2007, net income was $409 million, or $2.78 per diluted share, compared to $449 million, or $2.84 per diluted share for the full-year period of 2006. Total revenues were $2.6 billion, an increase of 6% for the full-year period of 2007, compared to the full-year period of 2006.
