Midwest-based property/casualty insurer West Bend Mutual Insurance has selected Risk Control (RC) Technologies-built RC Inspection software solution to enhance efficiency of loss control operations.
West Bend loss prevention manager Chuck Henry said, "When we found RC Inspection, it was exactly what we were looking for from a functionality perspective, with the added benefits of being very flexible and configurable to adapt to our needs as they change over time."
The complete end-to-end loss control management system will be used to automate the insurer’s loss prevention survey processes to reduce manual tasks as well as to improve the quality and consistency of survey reports delivered to key stakeholders.
In addition to eliminating paper loss control files, the system will enable West Bend to more effectively track and follow-up on outstanding recommendations which affect risk profiles.
Capable of providing high quality, timely data in support of decision-making for underwriting team, the RC Inspection system can improve data-mining and reporting around loss control data.
