West Bend Mutual Insurance (West Bend) has selected Accenture Duck Creek property and casualty (P&C) policy software suite to increase its product development processes and continue to enhance customer service.
The Accenture Duck Creek Policy Administration and Accenture Duck Creek Billing will be used by West Bend as its core policy administration and billing systems.
The insurer will use Accenture Duck Creek Templates, Accenture’s product configuration software application for rapid implementation and ongoing maintenance for NCCI (National Council on Compensation Insurance) based workers compensation products and ISO (Insurance Services Office) based commercial lines.
Accenture Software for P&C Insurance global managing director Michael Jackowski said that the software suite will assist West Bend with highest level of customer service by offering simplified configuration, workflows and integration.
The solution will enable the firm to meet their long-term strategies and to rapidly adjust to new market demands.
