Wells Fargo & Company has reorganized the management of its insurance units to create an effective operation as part of an initiative to strengthen its insurance businesses.

The company’s new Centralized Insurance Business, which includes consumer and small business insurance products and distribution, will be led by Neal Aton.

Wells Fargo’s National Practice and Specialty group will be led by Anne Doss who will also be responsible for growing its Specialty Resource group.

The company’s new Distributed Insurance Brokerage group will be led by Kevin Kenny.

Wells Fargo’s Insurance Strategy Group will be led by Scott Isaacson and Insurance Operations group will be led by David Wood.

Mike Day will continue to lead Rural Crop Insurance Services and Bob Pinkerton will continue to manage Flatiron Capital.

Wells Fargo Insurance executive vice president and head Laura Schupbach said that this new structure better aligns the comppany’s insurance businesses, providing customers with improved service and access to insurance and risk management expertise.
