Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, a part of Wells Fargo, has expanded its North Bay employee benefits practice by appointing Kevin Mogan as new vice president and Chris Padowan as senior account executive.

In this role, Mogan will be responsible for business development, including new client acquisition and the design, placement and management of employee benefit programs.

Mogan will join Wells Fargo after working with Lincoln Financial Group as a wholesale marketing representative.

While Padowan will be responsible for the marketing, implementation and management of employee benefit programs for some of the division’s largest North Bay clients.

Padowan will return to Wells Fargo Insurance Services after working as senior associate for Mercer’s Health and Benefits Practice, and also served as unit manager and senior account executive for Alliant Resources Group.

Both will be based in Petaluma and will report to John Fradelizio, managing director for Wells Fargo Insurance Services’ employee benefit practice.

Fradelizio said Kevin and Chris bring over 25 years of combined industry experience. Their knowledge and expertise will help Wells Fargo Insurance Services grow its business and continue to provide its North Bay customers with the employee benefits products and services they need.
