Wells Fargo Insurance Services, a part of Wells Fargo, has completed the acquisition the Florida-based employee benefits consulting firm EDIFY.
EDIFY was founded in 1996 and provides employee benefits programs and customized health and wellness consulting for middle-market.
Following this completion, EDIFY’s CEO and principal Howard Gruverman, Carlos Castresana, president and principal and their team will join Wells Fargo Insurance Services and continue at their current locations.
Gruverman said by joining Wells Fargo Insurance Services, EDIFY have expanded the capabilities to better serve the clients and help them protect their businesses and employees in a changing environment.
