Warner Pacific Insurance Services has entered into an agreement to acquire select Comprehensive Integrated Marketing Services's non-WellPoint carrier contracts.
Comprehensive Integrated Marketing Services (CIMS) is a full-service general agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of WellPoint.
Warner Pacific Insurance Services said that this acquisition strategically aligns with the overall vision and long-term goals of the company.
John Nelson, co-CEO of Warner Pacific, said: It allows Warner Pacific to significantly enhance and expand our accessibility and service capabilities and bring more value to brokers.
