Allstate agents would have access to an array of customer data, including billing, claim and coverage information
Vertafore, a provider of software and services to the insurance industry, has stated that its agency management systems is certified to receive data from Allstate Corporation (Allstate).
As a result of this agreement, Allstate’s agents will have a streamlined process to download customer-related information to Vertafore’s management systems, including AMS 360, InStar and Prime.
Gytis Barzdukas, Vice President, Product Management of Agency Markets with Vertafore, said: “We appreciate the work of the Allstate team to develop this solution and are excited by the fact that Allstate exclusive agents now have the option of using Vertafore’s management systems to improve agency productivity and better serve their customers.”
The company stated that by downloading Allstate data into Vertafore’s management systems, Allstate agents will have access to an array of customer data, including billing, claim and coverage information. In addition, agents are likely to have a broader perspective on coverage needs.
