Verisk Analytics, a provider of information about risk to professionals in insurance, healthcare, mortgage, government, and risk management, has appointed Eva Huston as treasurer and vice president - corporate finance, in addition to her existing role of head of investor relations.

In this newly created role, Huston will be responsible for capital structure; relationships with banks, bondholders, and rating agencies; and other strategic finance initiatives. She will continue to lead Verisk’s investor relations efforts.

Huston joined Verisk in 2009 as head of investor relations as part of the company’s transition to a publicly traded corporation.

Since joining the company, Huston has managed the development and execution of the company’s investor relations initiatives, including relationships with both buy-side institutional investors and sell-side research analysts, while taking on increasing responsibilities related to management of the company’s corporate finance functions.

Prior to joining Verisk Analytics, Huston was a managing director of telecom, media, and technology investment banking at JP Morgan.
