Greg Toczydlowski replaces Joseph Lacher, Jr., who served as executive vice president – Personal Insurance and Select Accounts

The Travelers Companies (Travelers) has named Doreen Spadorcia as the chief executive officer of Personal Insurance. The company has promoted Greg Toczydlowski, senior vice president of Personal Insurance, to executive vice president, president of Personal Insurance. In this role, he will report to Ms. Spadorcia.

Most recently, Ms. Spadorcia served as executive vice president, chief executive officer of Claim Services. Prior to this, she served as president and CEO of Travelers’ Bond business from 2002 to 2005.

Greg Toczydlowski replaces Joseph Lacher, Jr., who served as executive vice president, Personal Insurance and Select Accounts. Marc Schmittlein, senior vice president, president of Select Accounts, will retain responsibility for company’s Select business. He will report to John Albano, executive vice president of Business Insurance.
