The Graham Company has appointed Michael Mitchell as vice chairman while Kenneth Ewell appointed as president and COO.
Since past three years, Mitchell and Ewell have served as Executive Vice Presidents for the Graham Company and will now lead and mentor the company next generation of leaders.
Mitchell and Ewell will report directly to the Graham Company Chairman and CEO William Graham IV and are the two largest individual minority shareholders of the company.
Mitchell will support the brokerage’s growth and focus on the planning, development and implementation strategies while Ewell will undertake all of the brokerage’s operations.
Ewell will also ensure a high level of account management, income growth and retention through production efficiency, quality service offerings and the allocation of professional resources for clients.
