Systema Software, a leading provider of claims administration software and services to the insurance industry, announced that Glatfelter Insurance Group has selected SIMS Claims to manage claims within its Accident & Sickness (A&S) Program for emergency service providers.
Glatfelter Insurance Group (GIG) was established in 1951. The majority of the claims from Glatfelter’s specialty programs are administered by Glatfelter Claims Management, Inc. (GCM), a wholly owned subsidiary.
Over the years, GIG’s A&S program has experienced high customer retention and significant growth.

GIG found SIMS to have the flexibility and scalability they needed. The system’s business rules and workflow logic are easy to configure without the need to program coding changes.
SIMS provides broad integration options, including pre-built interfaces to ISO and a Medicare compliance module, which will address common industry concerns. GIG will also interface with its own internal policy administration system and existing data warehouse.
