SynerMed, a Medicaid managed service organization, has announced the availability of its insurance offering, SynerMed Insurance Services, for new and existing customers throughout several counties in Southern California and Georgia.
SynerMed Insurance Services is a comprehensive system comprised of a dedicated team of licensed insurance brokers with extensive Medicare and Medi-Cal experience. In addition to multilingual customer service with specialized training, providers will realize enhanced benefits, including the ability to identify and evaluate potential patient candidates for managed care benefit programs, and new ways to grow and retain membership through centers for Medicare and Medicaid services-compliant senior outreach and grassroots marketing efforts.
In addition to personalized ongoing communication, patients will realize direct enhancements through the managed care benefit programs, including transportation vouchers for medical appointments and worldwide coverage. Currently these options are not available through any other program.
