Solera Holdings, a provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry, has said that it will realign its HEMI (Highly Established Markets Initiative) region as part of the integration of recently acquired Explore Information Services.
The integration process will be led by Wolfgang Ahrens, current SVP and chief delivery officer for the HEMI Region, as a managing director for its subsidiary Audatex, US.
Prior to the HEMI Region assignments, Wolfgang was managing director of Germany from 2005 to 2008.
Solera founder, chairman and CEO Tony Aquila said Explore expands its product and service offerings in the region and, together with the new HEMI platform, it will enhance the ability to create more high ROI and essential software solutions for its customers.

Explore Information Services is a US-based provider of data and analytics services used by automotive property and casualty (P&C) insurers.
