Insurity, a provider of core insurance processing and data integration and analysis solutions, is pleased to announce that Selective Insurance Company of America (Selective) has chosen Insurity’s Claims Decisions to replace its legacy claims system and to modernize its claims operation.
The new system will be used to support superior claims services and process claims for all Selective products, including a wide range of personal and commercial lines of business.
Insurity’s claims system will be hosted by Insurity and provides the capabilities and capacity to efficiently support hundreds of Selective’s claims users and several thousand claims per year.
The implementation of Insurity’s Claims Decisions system will provide Selective’s claims operation with a user friendly experience, including mobile, regulatory integration with Wolters Kluwer, widget-based navigation and user-specific views, plus Insurity’s workers compensation claim management tools. It will also include Insurity’s new Legal Matter Management Module currently under development.

Anticipated benefits from the implementation of Claims Decisions include increased effectiveness and productivity for claims adjusters; reduced exposure to regulatory inconsistencies; and streamlined processing through increased automation and better integration with third parties.
