Sedgwick Claims Management Services (Sedgwick CMS), an independent provider of claims and productivity management solutions in North America, has hired Jason Hood as executive vice president and chief legal officer.
As CLO, Mr Hood will be the company’s senior attorney responsible for strategic and management aspects of all legal and compliance matters of the company. He will also be a member of the Sedgwick CMS’ executive committee.
Previously, Mr Hood was vice president, general counsel and secretary for Wright Medical Group. He began his legal career in private practice with Glankler Brown in Memphis, and was an attorney with an international employee benefits consulting firm before joining Wright Medical.
