Scottsdale Insurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nationwide, has appointed John Goodloe as the new senior vice president of brokerage division.

Mr Goodloe will lead all underwriting operations within the brokerage division and report to Michael Miller, president and COO of the company.

Mr Goodloe has around 27 years of experience in the specialty lines, reinsurance and wholesale brokerage business. He most recently served as the president of Facultative Resources, and prior to that as president of the Admiral Insurance Excess Division.
