Argentina-based insurer San Cristóbal Seguros has selected ClaimCenter as its new claims management system.

The system is said toHelp San Cristóbal to replace its core systems and optimize business processes.

The system will enable the company to streamline and automate its processes, obtain better insight into its claims handling operations, and reduce costs.

San Cristóbal will implement ClaimCenter across its business lines and branch network in Argentina, as well as planning to extend to Uruguay, once it is successfully implemented in Argentina.

San Cristóbal Seguros COO Duilio Montrasi said the company need to be supported by a solution that leverages the best practices in the market.

"We believe that ClaimCenter will provide the established best practices and business processes that will help us to best serve our customers," Montrasi added.

ClaimCenter, which is available as a standalone system or as part of Guidewire InsuranceSuite, can be integrated to an insurer’s legacy systems or third party applications.
