Symbility Solutions, a subsidiary of Automated Benefits Corporation, and its UK partner, the Innovation Group, have announced that RSA Insurance has adopted Innovation Symbility for use throughout the UK. Innovation Symbility is a mobile and desktop claims triage and scoping tool – reported in au.sys-con.com.
RSA sought a solution to integrate their operations, improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiencies across their UK organisation. Innovation Symbility is expected to enable this by providing a technological platform for RSA to create estimates from the desktop or in the field, triage claims or employ predictive assignments.
The elements of this claims estimation and triage suite will aid RSA in streamlining their claims process to increase both productivity and profitability, said the companies.
