Rockford Mutual Insurance Company, a US personal and commercial lines insurance provider, has selected ISCS’ SaaS-based SurePower Innovation Modern Enterprise Suite, to manage all its future core administration needs.
The new tool has been designed to decrease the overall cost of doing business and to increase agility by allowing the firm get to market faster with new products, will be delivered as a complete managed SaaS solution through ISCS’s SurePackage deployment option.
Besides offering operational efficiencies and greater ease of doing business for agents, policyholders, staff, the new technology with improved user functionality and enhanced processing capabilities, will allow Rockford Mutual’s staff to better leverage agency relationships, reduce manual workload and work smarter.
Rockford Mutual COO Kent Shantz said that the company was looking to acquire a system that was robust, intuitive and scalable to provide ease of doing business with Rockford Mutual Insurance and provide greater efficiencies for its agents and associates.
"After a lengthy search and thorough review of many systems available in the market, we concluded that SurePower Innovation met nearly all our criteria outlined in our search," Shantz added.
Besides automating policy, billing and claims processing, ISCS’s SurePower Innovation Modern Enterprise Suite also automates reinsurance, insurance accounting, payables, document management, producer/commission management, and agent/consumer portals.
The scalable, configurable platform offers enhanced agility and better business continuity/disaster recovery capabilities when the suite or its components are delivered as a complete managed technology thrugh the ISCS’s SurePackage deployment option that Rockford Mutual has selected.
