Radian Guaranty, the mortgage insurance subsidiary of Philadelphia-based Radian Group, has appointed Marshall Gayden as new senior vice president of account management.
In this role, Gayden leads a 37-person team of account managers located across the country who are responsible for nurturing and strengthening Radian’s existing customer relationships.
Gayden and his team ensure customer needs are met, with a focus on providing the most value to their customers through a combination of Radian products, services, training and customized strategic initiatives that help them grow their business.
Gayden, who has 27 years of experience in the mortgage industry, joined Radian after serving 21 years with PHH Mortgage, where he served as senior vice president of sales, managing the company’s national real estate related retail platform, a sales force of over 1,000 and $12.7bn in annual sales volume.
Previous positions at PHH included a variety of sales and sales management roles, including vice president of wholesale/correspondent lending and vice president of call center originations.
