R-T Specialty, a subsidiary of Ryan Specialty Group, has acquired Oakbridge Insurance Services, a Connecticut-based specialty insurance intermediary with extensive experience and exclusive focus on executive and professional liability exposures and insurance solutions.

The company was organized in 2005 as the successor to Carpenter Moore Insurance Services’ Eastern US operations. Oakbridge has offices in California, Minnesota, New Jersey and Ohio.
