QBE North America, a subsidiary of Australia-based QBE Insurance Group, has signed a mult-year renewal agreement with Acrometis to continue use of its CLAIMExpert workers’ compensation managed care platform.
The platform will be used to support QBE Care umbrella, which includes managed care solutions of all workers’ compensation companies acquired by the company over the course of past several years, according to Acrometis.
The technology will be specifically implemented for automated bill review, enable QBE’s managed care initiatives, data management, compliance and reporting and analytics.
In addition, CLAIMExpert will provide assistance in third-party integration for seamless processes and collaboration.
CLAIMExpert is a claims processing platform designed to provide a comprehensive view of claims data, along with a robust set of rules and workflows to route claims documents and bills with enhanced efficiency and lowered costs.
