PSA Insurance and Financial Services has acquired California-based Edgewood Partners Insurance Center (EPIC) Baltimore office, a provider of risk management and insurance services in a move to support the company's growth.
As per the agreement, PSA introduced Craig Routson and Brian Marx, who have over 25 years of experience in managing risk for large companies, organizations and entities with unique sizable risk exposure.
According to the company, the EPIC team brings a strong client portfolio to PSA, with expertise in alternative energy, healthcare, aviation, and satellite technology.
PSA said that the acquisition added depth, expertise and new services to the company as well as strengthens it aim to serve businesses of all sizes in property and casualty insurance, employee benefits and retirement plan services.
PSA Insurance and Financial Services provide property and casualty insurance, employee benefits consulting, retirement plan and wealth management services.
