Pronto Insurance has chosen Innovation Group's Innovation Insurer Suite to replace its existing legacy system and to provide a platform for future plans.
The company has also tied up with Innovation Group for hosting services, the underwriter said.
The insurer has decided to utilize the full Innovation Insurer suite such as insurer policy, insurer claims and insurer analytics, to support their auto, home and franchise business.
The company expects that the new technology adoption will open a new chapter will various distribution channels, including captive agencies, independent agents and franchise locations, by offering them access through portals.
Pronto president Jorge Barcena said the company’s vision of becoming an industry leader and making Pronto products a reality for all will be significantly enhanced by the implementation of the Innovation Insurer platform and the company’s partnership with Innovation Group.
