ClaimAnalytics applies to document the history of care for any claim and also helps to decide between defending a claim or settling it.
Utilising predictive data analytics, ClaimAnalytics support an early investigation of all claims and reportable events beginning with triage and following through defence strategy, and helping facilities realise a lower total cost of risk (TCOR).

ClaimAnalytics’ defence models along with public data benchmarks and resident MDS data, providesan analytics-driven process that puts claims into context and filters out cases based on emotion rather than fact.
The solution also offers additional analytics support for negotiations of defence strategy and expert testimony to deliver a comprehensive approach to claims handling.
