The PMA Insurance Group has announced that John Cochrane has been promoted to senior vice president of finance. In his new position, Mr Cochrane will lead the combined PMA Capital and PMA Insurance Group's financial department.
Prior to this promotion, Mr Cochrane was The PMA Insurance Group’s vice president and controller, a position he has held since joining PMA in 2003. Prior to joining PMA, he was vice president – general auditor at Kemper Insurance Company, which he joined in 2001.
William Hitselberger, executive vice president & CFO of PMA Capital, said: John is a very strong financial leader for PMA. He has a wealth of experience in insurance finance and has demonstrated leadership skills. I am very pleased to have John lead our financial operations.
