The PMA Companies, a provider of risk management solutions and services, including workers' compensation and property & casualty insurance in the US, has appointed Mario Spina as new branch vice president of Atlanta Office.
Based in the PMA Companies’ Atlanta Branch Office, Spina will be responsible for leading PMA’s Georgia and Alabama operations, managing the agency distribution system in these states and achieving profitable business growth for PMA.
Previously, Spina was PMA’s vice president, direct sales and has 16 years of sales experience with PMA and had led the direct sales team for 12 years. She joined the PMA Companies in 1988 and began his career in PMA Claims.
PMA Companies executive vice president and chief underwriting officer Tony Ciofani said the Georgia and Alabama marketplace is strategically important to PMA and the company is strongly committed to profitably growing both the property and casualty insurance business and TPA operations in those states.
