The National Association of Professional Insurance Agents has announced the promotion of Ted Besesparis to senior vice president of communications.
Mr Besesparis joined the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) in May 1995 after a career as a print and broadcast journalist at the local and national level.
Leonard Brevik, executive vice president and CEO of PIA, said: Ted is a talented and sophisticated communicator who has helped PIA maintain a high level of credibility throughout our industry. He makes sure that PIA’s point of view on our critical public policy issues is presented in a concise and powerful manner and that we consistently receive high level media exposure and visibility.
