Philadelphia Insurance Companies (marketing name of Philadelphia Consolidated Holding) has selected Sapiens International's RapidSure Policy Administration solution.
Sapiens said that deployment of the solution will be carried out in phased manner.
Initially, Philadelphia Insurance will be replacing and upgrading the policy issuance processes and systems.
The second phase of the project consists of development of additional lines which is underway.
The RapidSure implementation project included deployment of five lines of business spanning specialty and ISO and non ISO for both commercial and personal lines of business, leveraging ACORD standards.
The complete integration to Philadelphia Insurance’s current infrastructure including billing, claims, document management and accounting systems with web portal was also delivered.
Philadelphia Insurance Companies CIO Alfred Goxhaj said that in just six months, the company is already in production with five new lines of business, and are well on their way with the plans to rapidly expand the use of the system across additional lines.
