Perot Systems Corporation has been awarded a five-year extension of administrative services agreement with Old Mutual US Life, a financial services organisation.
The deal extends the current seven-year alliance until 2014. As per the terms of the agreement, Perot Systems will continue to offer insurance policy administration and IT solutions.
The contract extension will be responsible in handling different businesses alongwith providing customer service, including call center and claims support, policyholder and new business administrative services, as well as product configuration and implementation.
