Outline Systems Inc (OSI), a provider of IT solutions and services for insurance carriers and Duck Creek Technologies have entered into partnership, which will integrate OSI's ProducerOne with Duck Creek Policy Admin solution.
ProducerOne is a component-based solution which handles the compliance life cycle, relationship management, performance management, compensation management, and producer self-service.
Duck Creek Policy Admin solution is designed to handle all lines of business, including personal, commercial and specialty lines.
According to the OSI, by combining the capabilities of its ProducerOne with Duck Creek Policy Admin the companies will effectively take the producer lifecycle management, licensing and compliance process and the policy administration process and integrate the two solutions into a more seamless, end-to-end insurance process.
OSI director of sales Bob Drake said that the speed at which new business can be processed very directly correlates to how quickly an insurance carrier can verify a producer’s credentials.
"Now, Duck Creek and OSI customers can complete this verification within the policy administration process. This collaboration is the next step toward true straight-through processing," Drake said.
