The Dragon Billing manages the full billing lifecycle covering from billing instruction to close, and also handle direct and agency billing across all lines of business.
Based on the company’s legacy Dragon platform, Dragon Billing’s adaptable user interface enables for making changes any time to improve payment processing, disbursements, shortfall management and commissions.
The solution features powerful configuration tools reduce the need adding new billing or payment plans and its built-in portals for customers, agencies, brokers and reinsurance companies reduce friction between all participants in the billing and collections processes.
OneShield product management and alliances director Steve Forte said through Dragon Billing the insurers can provide better support to customers, gain operational efficiencies and decrease processing costs related to invoicing, payments and receivables management.
The solution is designed to be implemented as a standalone solution or with Dragon Policy, which share a common data model, database, architecture and toolset along with partner management.
Absolutely no integration is required between the two solutions, therby reducing implementation costs, risks and time to production.
