Norwich Union Healthcare has brought out a raft of new enhancements to its Global Care and Global Care Plus international private medical insurance product range.
The improvements include a new, more detailed and expanded regional coverage system; a GBP500 Wellness benefit as standard for Global Care Plus policy holders; full cover for the cost of a road ambulance to the nearest facility and expanded coverage of routine maintenance and monitoring of chronic conditions introduced as standard for individual policies.
In explaining the expanded service Shah Rouf, head of international business for Norwich Union Healthcare, said: We launched our new look international private medical insurance (PMI) range Global Care last year and have been constantly reviewing the market to ensure that our product continues to offer a comparable range of benefits, customer service and competitive premiums. These latest enhancements ensure that our product will continue to be popular with intermediaries and customers.
