Norwich Union Healthcare has launched Employer Solutions, a package designed to simplify the vast range of products available to businesses and to provide a complete solution to corporate health and wellbeing needs.
According to Norwich, Employer Solutions will enable corporate customers to control the specific issues affecting their business, such as controlling absence costs or demonstrating their duty of care to employees. The service is supported by Norwich Union Healthcare’s claims management expertise, by utilizing its knowledge and experience including oncology, psychiatric conditions and back conditions, to help control the cost of claims and impact on future premiums, as well as enable employers to implement early intervention techniques to manage the cost of claims.
