UK-based commercial insurer National Insurance and Guarantee Corp (NIG) has secured a contract to underwrite the GWP core business of Event Insurance Services (EIS).
The contract requires the commercial insurer to support EIS’ plans to grow GWP volume over the next three years.
EIS managing director Lucy Scurlock-Jones said EIS is moving to NIG as we feel this is the right partner for them and their customers. They believe NIG will enable them to continue to meet the needs of their customers.
NIG Leeds-based area underwriting manager for the North Chris Robinson said they worked hard to bring EIS over to NIG. They will continue to work hard to support EIS’ plans for ambitious growth in 2012 and beyond.
EIS operates in the private and corporate event insurance market working with 2,500 brokers in the UK.
