National Catastrophe Adjusters d/b/a NCA Group, a provider of insurance management services, has acquired Texas-based Gentry & Associates Claims Services, a provider of commercial and personal lines property claims for both daily and catastrophic events.
The acquisition of Gentry & Associates marking the third in the 2011, will add Gentry & Associates’ daily loss adjusting platform in the State of Texas along with additional catastrophe exposure and resources within Texas, as well as expected to strengthen the market position of NCA Group in the US.
Gentry & Associates personnel will continue to operate under the same name and it will maintain its current branch offices under the leadership of Marsh Gentry.
NCA Group said in a statement that the entire team at Gentry & Associates is excited to join with them and their new regional partners, NHI General Adjusters and TM Mayfield & Company.
"The combination of these outstanding firms along with the national scope of NCA Group offers our clients and our employees many new resources to achieve or exceed their objectives," NCA Group added.
