National Catastrophe Adjusters, dba NCA Group, an Indiana-based provider of insurance services management, has acquired the assets of TM Mayfield & Company, a provider of property loss adjusting and claims management services.
According to NCA, the addition of TM Mayfield significantly expands its commercial loss adjusting capabilities and daily claims services offering along the Eastern Seaboard in North America.
Established in 1925, TM Mayfield has 12 office locations in North Carolina and South Carolina, plus resident adjusters in Georgia, Alabama and Florida.
In connection with this acquisition, TM Mayfield personnel will continue to operate under the TM Mayfield name and the company will maintain its current branch offices.
NCA Group president and chief operating officer Jim Pearl said that this acquisition represents the first of several transactions that will open up significant growth opportunities and enhance NCA Group’s suite of services that company deliver to insurance carrier partners.
