The Navigators Group, a specialty insurance holding company, has appointed Paul Hennessy as the new president of Navigators Holdings UK.
Mr Hennessy will be responsible for Navigators’ operations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and will report to Navigators president and CEO Stan Galanski.
Mr Hennessy has more than 35 years of international property/casualty underwriting and underwriting management experience. He spent 22 years with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in a variety of assignments, including European commercial customer group manager and 10 years with CNA, including five years as chief underwriting officer of CNA Europe.
Mr Galanski said: Paul’s hire reflects our commitment to our Lloyd’s and UK branch operations, as well as our expectations for future expansion in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
