Mitchell, a Property & Casualty (P&C) claims and Collision Repair industries solution provider has selected Greg Gaughan as the vice president and general manager of Mitchell NHQ Negotiation Services division.

Recently, Mitchell bought NHQ, a provider of negotiated out-of-network payment services, enables insurance payers to substantially contain medical injury claims costs and improve patient outcomes.

Prior to the new role, he worked as vice president of account management for the Auto Casualty Solutions division of Mitchell.

Having joined Mitchell in 2010, Greg worked at Nationwide Insurance serving in various leadership positions, including associate vice president of corporate strategy for insurance operations, associate vice president of casualty claims, chief claims legal officer, and director of New York and Florida PIP Operations.
