Mitchell International, a provider of technology, connectivity and information solutions to the property & casualty claims and collision repair industries, has launched OEM Advisor, a new data-driven solution that fully integrates OEM repair procedures within the body shop estimating and repair workflow.

With OEM Advisor, collision repair shops can link from the repair lines in the estimate directly to Mitchell’s RepairCenter TechAdvisor OEM database to quickly access the step-by-step repair information associated with the specific part or procedure.

OEM Advisor allows users to navigate intuitively from the estimate’s repair lines to the corresponding article within the TechAdvisor database.

In addition, estimators and body shop managers can use the solution to create custom Repair Reports documenting the repair that they can share with their insurance partners — streamlining the claims management process and helping improve the customer experience by connecting all partners involved in the collision repair claim.
