For licensing and registration services
Matrix Absence Management, a third party administrator of insured and self-insured workers’ compensation, disability and leave of absence programs, has selected Kaplan Compliance Solutions (KCS) to provide outsourced licensing and registration services.
KCS will manage the licensing and registration for corporate third party administrator licenses for all of Matrix’s insured and self-insured lines of business.
KCS will also manage Matrix’s claims adjuster licenses for all lines of business and will outsource licensing services to KCS which include keeping of all Matrix licenses, with online access by Matrix, tracking and renewals of Matrix business licenses, including foreign corporation registrations.
It will also track and renew Matrix third party administrator, workers compensation and disability licenses, track and renew its workers’ compensation adjuster and disability adjuster licenses. Moreover, it will also track the continuing education requirements of adjuster licenses (both workers’ compensation and disability licenses).
