Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company has promoted Bob Casale, deputy chief information officer, to the position of senior vice president of the company.
Mr Casale reports to Michael Foley, chief information officer of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual). Mr Casale had been a corporate vice president since May 2007.
Mr Casale joined MassMutual in 1995 from Connecticut Online Computer Center Trust, where he served as a senior programming analyst.
Mr Foley said: Bob has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills, superior technical knowledge, and a strong track record of success throughout his career at MassMutual. He is a true IT professional with a keen understanding of how IT should partner with the business, and has demonstrated how a winning partnership can lead to successful execution of the company’s strategy.
