He will also chair the organization’s corporate compliance council, responsible for the integrated framework of ethics and compliance activities throughout MassMutual Financial Group.

Mr Lucido received his BA from Brown University and a juris doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Mr Roellig said: Brad is an experienced senior executive with in-depth expertise in regulatory and compliance matters, both within the financial services and insurance industries, and brings a broad range of knowledge to his new position. His appointment reflects MassMutual’s existing high-quality talent pool with substantial internal expertise that is available to fill important management positions within the company.
