Marsh, an insurance broker and risk advisor, has appointed Anthony Mastrolia as a new construction risk management leader in its US Construction Practice.

In this role, Mastrolia will work closely with insurers and Marsh’s property and casualty colleagues to design effective insurance programs for Marsh’s construction clients as well to generate new construction business in Marsh’s middle-market and large account segments.

Mastrolia will be based in Marsh’s Morristown, New Jersey, office and will report to Mike Anderson president of Marsh US Construction Practice.

Mastrolia has over 35 years of experience in insurance and risk management, primarily in the construction sector. He will joins Marsh from Aon, where he was a managing director and national broking officer in the firm’s construction services group.

Previous to this, he was a managing director in Aon’s Greater New York Construction practice. He also held positions with Gow & Hanna Group and Corroon & Black.
